How are these prices possible?
The prices we offer are possible for several reasons. The most significant is our buying power. RVCW's high volume of sales allow us to purchase from manufacturers at the best possible discounts, not always available to your local dealer. RVCW is also located in the RV Capital of the World and is located within a 30 minute drive of all the manufacturers we handle, cutting out the cost of freight.
What year are these units?
RVCW orders all units factory direct from the manufacturers, so it will be the current model year. We do have a massive inventory and from time to time have a left over from the prior year.
What type of warranty comes with the unit?
All manufacturers provide at least a one year bumper to bumper warranty. There are many components that have 2 or more years warranty. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer and any authorized dealer should provide warranty on that product anywhere. We do offer 4-7 year extended service agreements to have the work done anywhere in the country.
Are these units in stock?
RVCW was designed to save our customers money and to do that we need to order out all units. This saves RVCW carrying cost of inventory and pass it on to you, our customer. We do have a massive inventory and if you cannot wait 4-6 weeks for your unit to be built please ask our staff if your unit is in inventory and available.
Do you offer delivery?
Unit delivery is available to anywhere in the world. North American delivery charges vary from week to week with the cost of diesel fuel. A firm quote will be given before delivery based on that weeks national fuel average. Intercontinental delivery inquiries should call or e-mail for a quote.
Do you take trade-ins?
RVCW was designed not to take trades at these wholesale prices. However we have many wholesalers at our disposal and can get you a buy bid for any type of unit you might have.
How long is the lead time to have my unit built?
Typically it will take 4-6 weeks to have a unit off the production line from the time we place your order. Time varies based on manufacturer.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
In most states you will pay your state sales tax when you register your new unit. We are required to collect 7% state sales tax from the following states:
- California
- Florida
- Maine
- Massachusetts
- Michigan
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Mississippi
- Indiana
If your state is listed you will receive a state tax form showing your payment of 7% state sales tax to our company. If your particular state has more than 7% state sales tax you will pay the difference to your local BMV. You will be given a state form showing what was collected and you will not have to pay sales tax again.
Do you sell to Canada? We have sold many units to Canadian customers and will continue to do so. We will provide you with all the paperwork necessary to transport your unit across the Canadian border. We can deliver units to Canada for the standard delivery fee.
